The hotel was 5 levels high and there is no elevator. Fortunately the staff carry your luggage to the room on arrival. The location was good and the area peaceful. It takes about 20 mins to walk to the beach. There are 2 x 7/11 stores within 50m of the hotel My room was spacious and clean. It appeared a bit dated but I had no complaints. The bathroom was clean and the shower pressure was fine. Clean towels were provided each day. 2 x Fresh bottled water was provided to the room each day. The wifi was really good. The bed was large and initially felt a little hard but I slept well every night and had no aches and pains upon waking.

The staff is friendly and helpful! The breakfast was lovely, and the room was spacious with a big balcony and a huge bed. It is a bit away from the beach, but if you drive a scooter or don't mind walking for 15 to 20 minutes, you are ok. It offers a more local side of Patong beach than the hotels near the beach or Bangla Road.

the staff was amazing and super super friendly! its really quiet even though its close to a main road! the room was big and bathroom and shower as well! if you dont mind riding a bike/scooter the location is super close to patong beach! for walking its a bit far in the heat, but doable! 7/11 immediately across the road!

The rooms were really good, all the amenities provided, well maintained. Our Host, Tik was amazing, she was always very humble & kind to help, The rooms were always sanitized & cleaned after we left the room to stroll, the location was great, it was a few minutes away from the Happening Beach , The Patong Beach .

Everything works well, especially the air conditioner, and no water heater issues.
